Payments are processed by Stripe. For most jurisdictions, Stripe acts as our payment processor and handles end-to-end compliance — including tax calculation, collection, filing, and remittance, as well as fraud protection, dispute handling, and transaction-level customer support — on our behalf. Your bank or card statement may show LINK.COM* followed by our statement descriptor. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's applicable terms, which govern payment, billing, taxes, and refunds.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Girl Tech HQ operates, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
