How to request a refund

Refunds are processed through our payment provider, Stripe. To request a refund:

1. Contact us at hello@jessandersonofficial.com with your order email and the date of purchase, and we'll process your refund.

Your card or bank statement may show LINK.COM* followed by our statement descriptor — that's your purchase from us.

Processing time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. The funds will return to the original payment method used at checkout.

After refund

Once a refund is issued, access to The Luxe Sales Page Kit and any related member materials will be revoked.
